The core of Rosinka social life is a three-storey Community and Sport Center with 13500 square-meters of facilities including 25-metre swimming pool, sports hall and gym, squash court and world-class tennis courts, sauna, solarium, beauty salon, massage room, restaurant, bowling lanes, internet-café, and comfortable conference room. It is here where people meet, socialize, drink coffee together, play sports, celebrate holidays and visit exhibitions. The centre successfully combines an entertainment complex (complete with bowling and slot machines) with a beauty salon and spa, an internet café, a conference hall and a directly accessible sports centre with two tennis courts, a pool, a fitness hall, solarium and courts for squash and racquetball.

There are three restaurants in Rosinka — Rosinka Family Restaurant and Bar, Bruno`s Italian kitchen and a Mexican restaurant, Caballero. You can order take-away meals or door-to-door delivery at any time or use the restaurant services to help you organize a celebration or party. During holidays restaurants offer special menu. On Thanksgiving, for example, we have traditional turkey and live music.
